Answers,
in advance.
The questions clients ask before, during, and after a sprint. If yours isn't here, the brief form is the fastest path to an answer.
Start your brief →[ 01 ]What exactly is a 14-day sprint?
What exactly is a 14-day sprint?
A single, fixed-scope engagement that begins on Day 1 with a locked brief and ends on Day 14 with a production system handed over to you. Nothing rolls over. Nothing slips. The sprint window itself is the deadline.
[ 02 ]Is 14 days really enough to build a real system?
Is 14 days really enough to build a real system?
Yes — because everything ambiguous is removed before Day 1. The scope is locked, the integrations are inventoried, and the design system is decided. The sprint is execution, not exploration. We only take work we already know how to deliver in 14 days.
[ 03 ]What happens if I change my mind mid-sprint?
What happens if I change my mind mid-sprint?
Anything inside the scope agreed on Day 1 is covered by the sprint price. Any change request outside that agreed scope is billable — either added as a priced line item to the active sprint if it genuinely fits the window, or quoted as a follow-up sprint. We're transparent about which bucket a request falls into before any work begins, so there are no surprise invoices.
[ 04 ]Who owns and operates the system after launch?
Who owns and operates the system after launch?
The system is built for you and runs on your accounts — your domain, your data, your brand. We retain the underlying codebase and continue to operate, maintain, and evolve it through the monthly operating service. That's how we keep your system fast, secure, and improving without you needing to hire a developer, manage a repo, or worry about anything breaking. Most clients prefer this arrangement because the system gets actively better every month instead of slowly decaying.
[ 05 ]How is pricing structured?
How is pricing structured?
Each tier on the pricing page is a fixed setup price for a fixed scope, paired with a monthly operating fee. No hourly billing, no surprise line items. Half of the setup is invoiced at sprint kick-off, the remainder on handover. Pricing displays in your selected currency at the top of the site.
[ 06 ]Do you offer ongoing support after the sprint?
Do you offer ongoing support after the sprint?
Yes — every module is paired with a monthly operating service, and the two are sold together by design. The operating fee covers hosting, monitoring, security updates, small refinements, bug fixes, and continuous improvements to the system. This is not a retainer in disguise — it's the active operations layer that keeps your bespoke system running smoothly, evolving with your business, and never falling behind. We do not deliver sprints as standalone hand-offs without it.
[ 07 ]Where is Winfolio based and who works on my sprint?
Where is Winfolio based and who works on my sprint?
Winfolio operates from the United Arab Emirates as Winfolio FZE. Every sprint is delivered entirely in-house by our own senior team — strategy, design, build, and ongoing operations all happen under one roof. Nothing is outsourced, white-labelled, or passed to freelancers or offshore agencies. The person scoping your system is the person building it.
[ 08 ]What stack do you build on?
What stack do you build on?
Edge-rendered React via TanStack Start, Supabase for data and auth, Cloudflare for hosting, and pragmatic third-party integrations (Stripe, Resend, etc.) where they make sense. Every choice is modern, fast, and built to scale with your business.
[ 09 ]Can you migrate us from an existing system?
Can you migrate us from an existing system?
Yes — data migration from common CRMs, CMSes, and spreadsheets is included in the sprint. We map the source schema before Day 1 so the migration runs as a single scripted cutover, not a live double-entry period.
[ 10 ]How do I start?
How do I start?
Submit a brief and we'll respond within one business day with a fixed quote and the next available sprint window. If you're not sure which module fits, tell us about your business in the brief — we'll recommend the right system for you.
